We always want to be ahead of the curve and rely heavily on research to make sure we're getting the full story and the best advice for our clients.

5 BUSINESS DAYS

Here we present you with all of our information about your property. This includes a Comparative Market Analysis in regards to the Neighborhood Concept Plan, recently sold comparables in your area, highest and best land uses, and then our recommended list price.

MARKETING

30 - 60 DAYS

Once the listing contract is signed, we then market your property how you choose. Whether you list using the MLS service or list exclusively, they both have different benefits that we can explain. We use a number of outlets to get your property exposed and to educate buyers on your property's highest and best uses.

REVIEW OFFERS

UPON RECEIPT

We will present all offers on the table as soon as they are received. We then facilitate reference checks for the top offers and provide our personal recommendations.

CLIENT CARE

1 WEEK

The required legal documents for your property’s sale are prepared carefully by our Conveyance Department. A deposit is sent directly to you instead of being held in a trust. This is a unique strategy we insist upon to benefit you. We will also make sure that the paperwork process is smooth for both you and the buyer to ensure that your property sale goes through without a hitch.

06

- STEP 6 -

LAND IS SOLD

This means that the Property Transfer papers are signed. You, the Seller, completes all provided legal paperwork with your Lawyers and after the sale completes, you will collect your proceeds from the Lawyer.
