Here we present you with all of our information about your property. This includes a Comparative Market Analysis in regards to the Neighborhood Concept Plan, recently sold comparables in your area, highest and best land uses, and then our recommended list price.

30 - 60 DAYS
Once the listing contract is signed, we then market your property how you choose. Whether you list using the MLS service or list exclusively, they both have different benefits that we can explain. We use a number of outlets to get your property exposed and to educate buyers on your property's highest and best uses.
- STEP 4 -
We will present all offers on the table as soon as they are received. We then facilitate reference checks for the top offers and provide our personal recommendations.
