We present you with an in-depth information package including a Comparative Market Analysis, recently sold comparables in the area, highest and best land uses, and discuss ways in which we can achieve the highest attainable price at your desired terms.

Marketing
We execute targeted, multi-channel marketing including reaching out directly to qualified buyers. Our brochure and data room are detailed and easy to use so serious groups can move quickly. We use a number of outlets to expose your property to thousands of prospective buyers
and to educate interested parties about the property’s highest and best uses.
When a court date is set, we email every inquiry to date—brokers and buyers with simple instructions for attending and bringing any competing offers. We attend, support counsel, and record the result.

We will present you with all offers as soon as they are received. We then facilitate reference checks for the top offers and provide our personal recommendations.

Bi-Weekly Updates
The representative Lenders and any associated Lawyers receive a details Marketing & Listing bi-weekly report: exposure, inquiries, tours, and all offers received with key terms. It’s formatted so it can be filed to court without extra work.

Court Approval & Close
The sale is official after court approval. We coordinate deposits and closing steps, keep everyone informed, and send a final wrap-up with exposure, offer history, and the approval date. NOTE: WE KEEP THE LISTING LIVE UNTIL THE DEAL IS FIRM & CLOSED.
