A Founder with Vision
Joe Varing founded Varing Marketing Group (VMG) in 2006 with a bold vision of providing best-in-class bespoke real estate services, anchored on a hyper-focused asset class: dirt. He firmly believed there were endless possibilities in development and investment land. Through his over 18 years in this industry, his vision has expanded and developed, but most importantly, it has held true and strong that the future is in development - development of the Fraser Valley, of our communities, of our neighborhoods, of our families and ultimately, for our children and future generations.
Local Roots
The son of immigrant parents, Joe grew up in Abbotsford, BC. He was raised with strong values - hard work, discipline, integrity, passion, and love. These core personal values have shaped Joe's outlook in business, life, family, and spirituality. Now, as a father of two - Joe and his wife, Jasneet strive to instill the same core values for their children.
Joe has been in love with land since as early as he can remember. Whether it was walking the farm fields with his father as a young boy or taking his first job at a blueberry packing facility, he was amazed at all that was possible in any given space.
A Passion For Life
Joe is a man who lives his life with purpose, on purpose. He is inherently curious and intuitive, connecting thoughts with ideas, and people with opportunities. Joe's driven by his passion and love for land and his primary purpose to serve others at the highest level. With this purpose in mind, nothing comes in the way of his pursuit of excellence. That is just who Joe is and it all comes from his love of land, people and greatness.
Giving Back
Giving, in every capacity is a natural extension of who Joe is; he considers this his duty and it’s his lifeblood. His passion to serve spreads beyond his clients and beyond the horizons we see. He has had the pleasure to support and contribute to a number of organizations within the Fraser Valley whose own purpose resonates with that of VMG. Giving and gratitude are core to Joe, aligning with his spiritual beliefs and recognizing that all that we become is all that we can share with this world – and ultimately, this is what life is about.
