Our approach
Chapter 01
We are consistently communicating and networking with city officials in Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford and Mission to make sure that we know what's happening in the development areas. We always want to be ahead of the curve and rely heavily on research to make sure we're getting the full story and the best advice for landowners.
Chapter 02
We present you with an in-depth information package including a Comparative Market Analysis, recently sold comparables in your area, highest and best land uses, and discuss ways in which we can achieve the highest attainable price at your desired terms.
Chapter 03
Whether you decide to list your property using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or list exclusively (off-market), our team compiles further information from engineers, city planners, and other key contacts in order to showcase your property in the best light. We use a number of outlets to expose your property to thousands of prospective buyers and to educate interested parties about your property's highest and best uses.
Chapter 04
We will present you with all offers as soon as they are received. We then facilitate reference checks for the top offers and provide our personal recommendations.
Chapter 05
The representative Lenders and any associated Lawyers receive a detailed Marketing & Listing bi-weekly report: exposure, inquiries, tours, and all offers received with key terms. It's formatted so it can be filed to court without extra work.
Chapter 06
The sale is official after court approval. We coordinate deposits and closing steps, keep everyone informed, and send a final wrap-up with exposure, offer history, and the approval date. We keep the listing live until the deal is firm & closed.
