  4. Step 04

    Review Offers

    We will present you with all offers as soon as they are received. We then facilitate reference checks for the top offers and provide our personal recommendations.

    Client Care

    The required legal documents for your property's sale are prepared carefully by our in-house conveyance team. A deposit is sent directly to you instead of being held in a trust. This is a unique strategy we insist upon to benefit and protect your best interests. We will also ensure you are kept in consistent communication through the legal process and are available at all times to tend to your questions.

  6. Step 06

    Land is Sold!

    This means that the Property Transfer papers are signed. You, the Seller, completes all provided legal paperwork with your Lawyers and after the sale completes, you will collect your proceeds from the Lawyer.
